1. Signing up for FC2ID・Services

• Q1. How do I sign up for FC2ID?
• A. You can sign up by clicking [Free Signup] on the left side of the page.
  Please refer to our User Manual to see detailed steps.

• Q2. How do I add services?
• A. After you login to FC2ID, click on [Add Services] on the left side of the page.
  Please refer to our User Manual to see detailed steps.

2. Cancel FC2ID・Services

• Q1. How do I cancel services?
• A. After you login to FC2ID, click on [Cancel Service] (or just click on the x) from the service list on the main page.

• Q2. How do I cancel my FC2ID account?
• A. After you login to FC2ID, go to [Edit ID] then go to [Cancel Account].
  *If you have any services that are in use, you will not be able to cancel your FC2ID.
  Please cancel all services first then cancel your FC2ID.

3. About Login

• Q1. How do I login to each service?
• A. After you login to FC2ID, click on the hammer image from the service list in the [Control Panel]
  to go to each service's main page.
  Please refer to our User Manual to see detailed steps.

• Q2. I followed the correct steps to login but I still failed.
• A. Try the settings below:
  Please enable JavaScript and Cookies.

  If you are using any anti-virus software, please disable it then try to login again.
  Restarting your computer can also help you login successfully.

• Q3.Why does it shows [cannot login] when I add the service?

4. About Login Status

• Q1. How can I get FC2 to send me my password?
• A. Click on the link below, enter the e-mail address you use to sign up then click on [Send].
  http://id.fc2.com/remind.php

• Q2. How do I change my E-mail address?
• A. After you login to FC2ID, go to [Edit ID] then check [Change E-mail Address].
  You will receive a verification e-mail in your new e-mail box. Click on the URL to confirm your new e-mail address.

• Q3. Do I have to give my credit card and bank information?
• A. No.

5. About FC2 Points

• Q1. How do I purchase FC2 Points?
• A. After you login to FC2ID，click on [FC2 Points] on the left. Choose a payment option: wire transfer or credit card.
  

• Q2.I chose to use the wire transfer method to purchase points, but I do not have a FC2 bank account number.
• A. We will send a notification e-mail to your primary e-mail address(the e-mail address you used to sign up).

• Q3. I have already finished wiring my transfer but I did not received any points.
• A. Pelase make sure you have registered/signed up for points before you wire transfer.
  When you wire transfer, please make sure you write down the wire transfer number in your e-mail. Otherwise, you will not receive any points.
  

• Q4. I already purchased points but my service has not change to the [Premium Version].
• A. After you purchase points, it will not automatically change to [Paid Version].
  Please make sure you go to the service main page to proceed to change to [Paid Version].
  

• Q5. I would like to know how many points I have used and how many points I have left?
• A. You can check your balance at [FC2 Points] in the FC2ID control panel.
